Deep Tissue Massage

For this service, the therapist uses fluid motions in slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing, depending on the therapist's personal style and what he or she wants to achieve. Relax and experience the power of touch!
Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. For chronically tense areas like stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders, this service aims to break down the rigidity in the tissue that causes pain. Deep pressure and friction is applied across the muscle grain. Drink plenty of water after this massage to help flush metabolic waste from the tissue.
